Prior to joining SEMLEP, Vikki has worked as a Careers Adviser for the National Careers Service for the last 5 years across Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire.
She is qualified with a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance. Before this, she worked for The Open University for 13 years. In 2010, she decided to return to the Careers guidance sector.
Since then, she has worked for The University of Bedfordshire as an Employability Adviser and then joined the National Careers Service in 2011.
