Community Grants

The Community Grants programme opens for applications on the 6 September 2021. The programme offers Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations grant funding from £10,000 to £20,000 to deliver local projects that make a difference within local communities in the South East Midlands.

MAHLE Powertrain: Road to Zero vehicle testing facility 

This project will provide an R&D facility to engineer the next generation transport technology, central to the government’s Road to Zero strategy, with the development of a new test chamber at MAHLE Powertrain in Northampton.

Enterprise Centre East Northants

The new Enterprise Centre will offer start-up and growing businesses first-rate flexible workspace and business support when the new £8 million state-of-the-art facility opens at Warth Park, Raunds in Spring 2020.

This project supported the transformation of Milton Keynes Gallery, enabling a doubled gallery space, facilities for cinema, performance and events, dedicated education and community facilities and a new cafe.

MK:U Educational Acceleration in Digital Skills

This project will enable MK:U to pilot four courses to 500 students, three years ahead of the proposed opening of its permanent site in central Milton Keynes.
