Northern Trust Company Ltd. UK have developed an SME industrial workspace area on the established Leyland Trading Estate in Wellingborough supporting job creation and business growth, adjacent to Stanton Cross.
Funding Stream: Local Growth Fund (LGF)

Total Project Cost: £4.4m
Delivery Partner: Northern Trust Company Limited UK
Project Status: Completed November 2018
Projected Outputs: 110 new jobs, 44,000ft² new commercial space and 13 new occupied business units
