Access to Work

The Access to Work programme is providing training/employment opportunities for working-age adults with learning disabilities/difficulties in Northampton.

The project is being delivered with Starbucks who are providing work placement opportunities, supporting this project based on a previous positive experience. In addition to our other partner, Northampton Borough Council, who have offered their support in being one of the training providers for the project. The participants have responded well to the accredited first aid training and basic food hygiene skills.
