Ace Your Future helps and empowers disadvantaged people in Northampton to achieve their goals and improve their work and learning prospects. The project supports participants to make professional choices, to build their skills and to access relevant labour market and education opportunities.

This project provides individuals with face to face interviews with qualified careers advisors. The careers adviser will provide confidential and impartial information, advice and guidance, tailoring each session to suit the participant's unique needs.

The programme also offers participants an opportunity to gain a qualification in English, Maths or ICT, and a sector-specific skill. Alongside this, participants will go through an employability course which will further help them with CV writing, marketing their strengths, interview preparation, application forms, team-building and confidence-boosting.

ACESPIRE 2 have excellent working relationships with large employers who will support individuals who are unemployed or inactive access to real work opportunities.
