From Traineeships to Universities, there are multiple routes into employment for students to consider. Take a look at some of the options available in the South East Midlands.

Traineeships: A traineeship is a skills development programme that includes a work placement. It can last from 6 weeks up to 1 year, though most traineeships last for less than 6 months.

Apprenticeships: An apprenticeship is a real job where someone learns, gains experience and gets paid. The apprentice is an employee with a contract of employment and holiday leave.
