Description:

Lead by James Johnson, Director at Hillier Hopkins, this session will cover finance from the point of view of a company seeking investment aiming to make sure that its accounts and finances tell the right story to potential stakeholders, equity investors, debt providers, and others who might assist it in its growth path.

Hear real-world examples of accounts to understand what others will want to know and read into before making an investment, providing a loan, giving a grant, or considering applying for tax relief (R&D, capital allowances).
