2020 Finance Series: Pitching for Finance

Description: 

The final session of the series is a panel session, moderated by Portfolio CFO David Bailey. The panel will introduce themselves, giving a brief overview of the different types of finance they offer and the types of businesses they work with.

The Final Pitch

If you have attended 3-4 of the sessions, you will now be prepared to do a 3-minute pitch to the panel. Each company will have three minutes to pitch for investment.

By this point, you should know how to be extremely clear as to the amount, type, and timing of funding required. This will be followed by five minutes of questions from the panel members with initial feedback to close.

Owners and managers of established SMEs who are exploring plans of additional finance for growth.

It is highly recommended any delegates that attend currently employ 3 or more staff, are revenue generating at a level enough to at least employ the founder fully, incorporated as limited liability entity and has a stated objective of obtaining additional finance for growth.
