Business support for ambitious business leaders

Date: November 18th, 15:15-16:15

Please join us for a session where you will be able to ask questions about the challenges you are facing to SEMLEP’s High Growth Business Advisers, Jacqueline Day and Gordon Sparke. You will also hear from businesses who have worked with us to develop a plan for recovery and growth, thanks to one-to-one support and university masterclasses, in partnership with University of Bedfordshire, Cranfield University, and University of Northampton. This support has been delivered to local businesses through Growth Curve, a fully funded programme for ambitious business leaders.

This webinar is hosted by SEMLEP in partnership with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).

As the South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership, SEMLEP’s current focus is to develop the economic recovery plan for the South East Midlands, ensuring attention is placed on rebooting the economy as quickly and effectively as possible.

This session will cover:

  • A welcome and overview of the FSB from Jennifer Thomas, FSB
  • Introduction to SEMLEP, the Growth Hub & the Growth Curve programme.
  • Panel discussion with two Growth Curve business clients who will share their business challenges & recovery to growth.
  • Interactive session with the audience to discuss key challenges and Q&A opportunity.

Who should attend?

Local business owners and directors who would like to strengthen their leadership skills or challenges their business plans with an ambition to grow. You will get the most from this webinar if your business is turning over £200,000 plus and if you have a minimum of 3 staff.
