Digital Marketing Essentials

We live in a super-connected world these days and as such, advertising and marketing are no longer limited to newspaper ads and flyers. Today’s era of the Internet has opened a gate of the vast variety of opportunities for businesses.

Join us for a half day workshop designed to take you through the essentials of digital marketing and techniques that will have the most impact on your target customers.

The workshop will start by developing  your visual statement,  discussing identify pros and cons of online vs. offline marketing and how to understand your market. From market testing, segmentation and target outlines to managing your customer relationships and analysing marketing data. We

then move on to developing a value proposition. This includes branding, press & PR and how to write compelling content. The workshop finishes by looking at digital marketing techniques, from social media and website optimisation to display, video and immersive campaigns.

The workshop will be presented by Barry Kruger of Progressive Digital who has more than 15 years’ experience leading sector-wide digital transformation initiatives.

This workshop is part of the Northamptonshire Digital Enhancement project which is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and it is aimed at small and medium sized enterprises across Northamptonshire.

To be eligible to attend this workshop companies must:

  1. Be registered or trade from a Northamptonshire address
  2. Be an SME (less than 250 employees and less than £42 mil turnover)
  3. Complete a registration form.

Places on our workshops are limited and distributed on a first come first served basis.
