An Introduction to Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace

This workshop will take place at Cranfield University Technology Park

1 in 4 working age adults suffer with mental health issues ever year. Last year alone cost the economy £105.2 Billion and 80% of Managers want to help staff but don’t know how. This workshop delivered in conjunction with Blue Lobster Therapy will show you how to spot the early signs of mental health and stress issues in your employees and equip your business with tools to deal with mental ill health in the workplace.
