Growing Talent

We're committed to increasing and facilitating employer engagement within education. Our Growing Talent campaigns create unique, impactful and insightful experience for businesses and students alike.

Growing Talent

Get involved

Evidence shows that employer engagement with young people makes a real impact. Young people who receive four or more employer encounters whilst at school and college are significantly less likely to become Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) and will, on average, earn more over their career.

Our Growing Talent work presents you with a number of opportunities to help develop the talent pipeline by ensuring young people have the employability skills, attitudes and behaviours needed by employers. Want to give something back to your local community and motivate your team at the same time? Get involved.
