150 housing experts set to gather at SEMLEP summit

House builders, housing assocations, local authorities and government agencies are among the 150 delegates due to attend SEMLEP's Housing Summit this month.

The event, set to take place at Stadium MK, Milton Keynes on 26th January, is an exclusive event for organisations involved in the challenges of delivering the Government’s aspirations for a significant increase in the number of new homes.

Delegates will hear from and meet industry experts and hear more about the Government’s agenda and policies for meeting the demand for new homes. There will also be a keynote speech from Rt Hon John Healey, Labour's Shadow Cabinet Minister for Housing and Planning.

Hilary Chipping, Acting Chief Executive Officer of SEMLEP, said: "This is an important event for all businesses and organisations with an interest in the Government’s housing agenda.
