We want to help young people understand the benefits apprenticeships have and how they can offer an opportunity into a rewarding career. This is one of the reasons we supported and exhibited at the National Apprenticeship Show

Paul is an Apprenticeship Champion and heads a team working with the Careers & Enterprise Company to support young people to make informed choices about their careers and pathways, whilst developing the skills required by local employers.

Our own digital marketing and social media apprentice, Tayla Blackman, spoke to a range of students about her journey to becoming an apprentice “I had always thought I would go to University but had no idea of the amazing opportunities there are in being an apprentice. The National Apprenticeship Show helped to explain the fantastic opportunity for pupils, parents, teachers and business to gain a better understanding of the wide range of apprenticeships there are available.
