Neil manages the Getting Building Fund programme in the SEMLEP region, overseeing £27.3m of government spending to support COVID recovery.
He started his career with HSBC and spent 13 years in corporate banking and asset finance. In recent years he has worked in the voluntary and community sector including eight years with the National Trust delivering capital and revenue projects up to £3m.
Neil has significant experience of partnership working and particularly bringing public, private and voluntary sector organisations together to deliver projects. He is a full Member of the Association for Project Management and holds the PMQ qualification. He is also a founding Trustee of the Francis and Maisie Pryor Charitable Trust, which gives grants to organisations involved in archaeological and environmental activities.
