Head of Corporate Banking, East of England, NatWest Bank

Sarah Pumffrey leads the Corporate Banking team for NatWest in the East of England, managing a team of directors across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Her team looks after the large Corporate customers ensuring they deliver the right solutions to their customers and meet all of their banking needs as trusted partners.

Sarah has a wealth of banking experience and has worked for NatWest for over 30 years in both back-office and customer-facing roles. Her current role gives her an excellent opportunity to engage with her team, customers, local professionals and key local influencers to help shape the strategic direction of the local community. She is passionate about delivering a good experience to her customers and always tries to deliver the very best outcomes.

Sarah is passionate about creating diversity and encouraging inclusion in the workplace. She is also involved with the bank's entrepreneurial hub in Milton Keynes as a mentor to the many businesses they support.


She lives in Sherington and can often be found walking and enjoying the local country pubs!
