Helen has over 15 years’ experience as a senior policy advisor engaging policymakers and regulators on complex rulemakings affecting the energy and automotive sectors. She has an extensive background in energy, environment and automotive issue management and policy development. Before being recruited by General Motors in 2006, she was a senior policy manager in the wholesale markets team at the Office for Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem).
As Head of Government Relations and Public Policy at Groupe PSA, she is responsible for leading government relations strategy in the UK and leading on Groupe PSA policy positions. Helen co-leads the work on preparing the European business for EU Exit.
