In her role on the Board, Shalom will put the needs of our businesses, residents and environment first as SEMLEP seeks to support economic recovery and promotes sustainable growth for the area.

Shalom says, “There has never been a better time to be part of an organisation that supports upskilling, is focused on business development, funding growth and economic boost as well as fostering innovation.

“My focus on self, family, our community and environment speak to my passion for contributing to the achievement of excellence through empowerment, diversity, organisational development, transformation, driving change and making a difference.”

Shalom is the Founder and Managing Director of a successful local business, Naturally Tribal Skincare Ltd which creates innovative natural skincare products and is Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Emerging Markets Quality Trials, eMQT. In these unprecedented times innovation is more important now than ever before and I know that her experience will complement that of the Board as we embark on a time of change for our area.”
