Get involved

Employers and volunteers are essential to the success of the South East Midlands Careers Hub.

We offer several ways for employers and volunteers to get involved with the Careers Hub activities. From sharing your career journey and insights with young people in schools and colleges, offering experiences in your workplace, to supporting school leaders with their strategic careers programmes.

However much time you can offer, your unique industry knowledge and experience is an invaluable resource to students and can help make a real difference to a young person’s future.

Become an Enterprise Adviser

Enterprise Advisers partner with a school or college over a period of at least one year, offering strategic support on their careers programme development and review. This role is a mixture of consultant, critical friend and coach. It's a great opportunity to make a real and sustained impact on the young people in the school and in your business.
