My current role in the South-East Midlands Careers Hub is to facilitate partnerships between schools, colleges, providers, employers and a range of stakeholders to co-ordinate and deliver The Careers & Enterprise Company’s national programme. This aims to motivate, inspire and support young people in making informed choices about their future. I’m also responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding enthusiastic and committed business volunteers to link them with schools and colleges.

I have experience working in Further Education and Higher Education sourcing student work experience and work placements along with developing their employability skills, building confidence and raising aspirational outcomes. This included CV writing, interview and assessment centre coaching.

Twenty years’ experience of recruitment and talent management in various sectors including Executive Search. I have built an award-winning business within a large international company and co-owned a recruitment company for nine years.
