Data Analyst

  • Salary: £23,000 pa + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + 6% emp pension (pro rata)

  • Hours: up to 18 hours per week, flexible working applications would be welcome
  • Contract Type: This is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2022.
  • Responsible to: Economic Analyst
  • Location: SEMLEP Office, Cranfield Innovation Centre, University Way, Bedfordshire, MK43 0BT

Job Summary

  • To update SEMLEP’s COVID-related evidence pack on a weekly basis, which includes compiling data on COVID case rates, job vacancies, mobility levels and other variables
  • To analyse data and research more broadly, and produce clear and meaningful reports, to support the aims of SEMLEP's Economic Recovery Strategy.
  • To work closely with SEMLEP’s Economic Analyst, other SEMLEP colleagues and partner organisations (especially local authorities) to meet local evidence needs.
