Site Operations Manager, Unilever R & D Colworth

Ali joined Unilever in 1989 and has always been based at Colworth, predominantly based within the Finance Function and was Unilever Colworth Site Finance Controller until 2012. After this she took the role of Unilever Site Operations Manager supporting the Site Leader driving the site strategy and developing the wider ecosystem around the Colworth Science Park.

Ali is responsible for ensuring the correct Governance procedures are adhered to and Site business & safety risks are understood, practiced and documented. Ali leads an Operational Unilever team including Health & safety but also manages on behalf of the Colworth site a number of outsourced contracts such as Facilities management.
